You'll find we have assembled
a collection of products targeted at improving your mood, enhancing your relaxation,
and giving you the satisfaction of using items of the highest quality. And with
great prices, too! Our lavender products are made from real lavender,
not concocted in test tubes. Our kitchen and barware products, like the Automatic Sugar
Dispenser and the Wine Clips, are clever enough to be conversation starters as well as truly useful items.

We're constantly searching for new product ideas, so if there's something you think
would "fit" into our store's theme, please let us know!
Our Privacy Policy...
We only store enough information to ship your order to you and to communicate your order status. Sensitive information like your credit card number is NOT stored in our database! We use PayPal as our payment processor, so
it's PayPal that carefully handles this critical info.
Also, any sensitive communication between you and our site (like when you login
or change your password) is encrypted over a Secure Channel. You'll know when you
see the beginning of the address change from "http://..." to "https://..." that
your data is traveling across the internet safe from prying eyes.
We have no plans to share your information with other companies. We get junk mail,
too, and don't want to be part of the problem! We may occasionally
send an email note about a new or special product, a coupon, or a sale, but you
will always have the ability to opt-out and we'll remove you from the list.
Shipping...
It's very disappointing to find an item you've been looking forward to
receiveing is damaged and has to be replaced. Knowing this, we take great care in
our packaging so you'll be happy with your choice when you receive it.
We offer both UPS and US Postal shipping for your convenience. You can take your pick when you
checkout.
Returns Policy...
We want you to be happy with your shopping experience at The
Gift Works. If you are not satisfied with your purchase within 10 days of delivery,
please contact
us and we'll work with you to resolve the matter through return, replacement, or
other means. We want loyal repeat customers, and we believe great customer service
is the only way this can happen.
